Strategic Planning Update

Over the winter, TAMBA’s Leadership Team met to brainstorm and mind map as part of our ongoing strategic planning process. Then various team members spent time drafting and refining our final Strategic Plan, with the ultimate goal of updating our existing planning documents and creating a framework to guide TAMBA into the future. We’re excited that after months of hard work we’ll be releasing our final Strategic Plan this spring.

If you’d like to get more involved with TAMBA, feel free to come to one of our monthly meetings to learn more about what’s going on or if you might be interested in taking on a leadership role. Here are the details of our monthly meetings:

When: Fourth Wednesday of each month
Time: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Where: Design Workshop, 128 Market Street, Suite 3E, Stateline, NV, 89449
