National Trails Day – Stanford Rock Trail Day

June 4 @ 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Come help us celebrate National Trails Day on June 4th (9am-2pm) with a spring cleanup on the Stanford Rock Trail AND start work on the future Kaspian Rim Trail.

Join us as we reshape berms, make flow enhancements, clear drains, and repair winter damage. We’ll also be starting to clear the trail corridor for the future Kaspian Rim Trail, which will help form a lower loop off Stanford Rock Trail and connect down towards Blackwood Canyon Sno-park.

If you plan to come out, please RSVP and fill out our trail day waiver here and choose Stanford Rock as the location and June 4 as the date.

We’ll be meeting approximately 3-4 miles up the Stanford Rock Trail (depending where you start). GPS Coordinates are: 39.12090, -120.18494 and you can follow the signs for the trail day meeting location!
This map shows the meeting location with a red flag. https://caltopo.com/m/4L0V0

If you have any questions, please email our Outreach Coordinator, Jake Groce, Jake@tamba.org

Let’s get together to celebrate National Trails Day with a volunteer work day on our local trails.
