Lost Lake and General Creek Trail Volunteer Day

Come out and join us for an exciting new project on the West Shore. We have been doing upgrades to the Lost Lake and General Creek Trails to reroute sections of old eroded logging roads onto some amazing granite slabs as well as incorporating more singletrack. These trails will be part of the future Lake Trail and next year we will add a new section of trail to create a 10-mile loop on the West Shore that incorporates the upgrades we are making this year.

This is an advanced section of trail, that takes some commitment to access. We already have tools staged at the project sites. If you are interested in volunteering, please email our head Crew Leader for this project, Sandor Lengyel (sandor@tamba.org) and he will provide you with exact details regarding the work locations for the volunteer day.

Tools, water, and trail snacks will be provided.  Bring PPE-  long pants, long sleeve shirt, sturdy shoes, gloves, helmet (bike helmet okay), eye protection, hydration.  Plan on 1-2 hours to reach the work location from Hwy. 89.  Bring your bike.
