Tahoe Chamber - Blue Ribbon award for Tourism

TAMBA is honored to have been chosen as the winner of the 15th Annual TOURISM AWARD by the Tahoe Chamber. The Blue Ribbon Awards were created in 2007 to honor excellence in business on the South Shore. The awards program recognizes businesses, organizations, and individuals for achievements, community contributions, and milestones. It is one of the largest business awards program on the South Shore bringing together over 300 local business leaders, entrepreneurs, organizations, community members and government officials.

$29,032 for 29,032 ft: Everest Challenge

Harrison Beihl climbed Stanford Rock 15 times, the height of Mt. Everest, to raise money for TAMBA and west shore trail development.

Know Before You Buy, Know Before you Ride!

Electric bikes are classified depending on their design and are restricted to certain trails. Access differs from trail to trail and across land management agencies, communities, regions, and states. Only certain e-bikes are allowed on certain trails.

If you are considering an eMTB purchase, we encourage you to do your research and evaluate what type of riding you want to do and where you want to go. Keep in mind that Class 1 electric mountain bikes are the most likely class of eBike to be allowed on non-motorized, natural surface trails.
